Printing

Heat transfer printing is our main printing method and it is the process of applying printing vinyl to garments using heat application.

Printing is a cost-effective method of decoration that is suitable for many garments such as t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, hi vis workwear and promotional items such as bags. The finish is durable and with print, logos with multiple colours can easily be replicated.

The specialist vinyl that we use for our heat transfer printing is cut out with your chosen text or logo and weeded before being heat pressed onto garments. Using this method, we can produce either single colour transfers or multiple colour transfers.

Our multi-coloured transfers are an ideal option for logos with several different colours in and for low quantity runs. Using our in-house machinery, we produce the prints onto a specialist vinyl material and are transferred onto the garments using a heat press.

Single colour transfers are ideal for larger orders and orders that contain waterproof garments or have large numbers and letters, such as sports kits. We apply the vinyl transfers directly onto garments using a heat press.

As part of our printing service, we also offer helmet stickers that are suitable for applying to safety helmets as another way of promoting your brand. Our helmet stickers can be multicoloured.
